These features are subject to limitations if previous users have incurred penalties due to improper use. Notably: - Temporary Disabling: Autosteer and Full Self-Driving can be temporarily disabled for one week (168 hours) if they are disabled five times due to improper use by renters. As a result, these features might not be available during your rental period. - Refund Policy: If you have paid separately for the Full Self-Driving feature and it is unavailable, we will provide a refund for this portion of your rental. - Avoiding Penalties: To avoid triggering penalties that could disable these features: - In Autosteer (Beta), ensure to apply slight pressure to the steering wheel when prompted. Although the vehicle uses an in-cabin camera to monitor attentiveness, we have installed shutters for privacy. - In Full Self-Driving mode, active monitoring of the driver's gaze is required. It is essential that the camera is unobstructed to allow this functionality. Recommendation for Optimal Use: We recommend using Autosteer with the salon camera shutter closed for the majority of your journey. If Full Self-Driving is active, use it with caution and ensure the camera is unobstructed to experience this feature briefly before returning to Autosteer.
